6 chicken breasts, skinned
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 stick butter
2 cans Campbell's French onion soup, made with beef stock, undiluted
Put 1 cup uncooked rice in bottom of square casserole. Dot with butter. Skin and salt and pepper chicken. Place on top of rice. Pour onion soup over all. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
