Creole Eggs

Breakfast, Cheese, Eggs, and Grains

Ingredients

12-15 eggs, hard cooked

1 4 ounce can chopped black olives

mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

1 can tomato soup

1 small can deviled ham

1 tsp curry powder

1 tbls Worcestershire sauce

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 tbsp chili powder

2 tbsp onion juice (bottle)

¼ tsp garlic powder

Directions

Half and stuff eggs with the first four ingredients of the recipe (eggs, olives, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard.) place in 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Cover with sauce. Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika.

Use the ingredients from the tomato soup to the garlic powder to make the sauce. Combine and heat till thick. Use the microwave or stove top.

Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not freeze.
