1 lb Sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes.
4 garlic cloves finely minced
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley, if desired
Season the beef with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Stir in the butter and garlic and cook for 20 seconds. Check for seasoning and enjoy!

Don’t overcrowd the skillet otherwise, the beef will just steam and you won’t get a nice crust!
