St. Louis Sticky Ribs

Dinner, Meat

Ingredients

Rack of St Louis dry rub ribs from Costco (6.5 lbs about $25)

Craft sweet honey barbecue sauce

Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Mustard dipping sauce

Brown sugar

Directions

Put the ribs as they come out of the package directly on smoker racks. Smoke for two hours on low heat.

After two hours, remove ribs from smoker and put into foil pans. Liberally apply both barbecue sauces and a couple tablespoons of brown sugar to both sides, slathering with a basting brush.

Cover with foil and place and smoker again for another hour. No need to worry about wood chips / smoke for this portion.

For the last hour, remove ribs and cook naked again directly on smoker racks.

Remove, cut on a platter and serve. Enjoy!
