1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
1 cup rolled oats
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon pancake syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons boiling water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with Pam.
Mix together flour, sugar, coconut and rolled oats. Melt butter and syrup together. Dissolve soda in the boiling water and add to the butter mixture. Make a well in the centre of flour mixture; stir in the liquid.
Place small balls of dough (about 1" or less in diameter) on greased cookie sheets. Bake 15-20 minutes.
