Apple Cranberry Crisp

12 med Granny apples peeled & thinly sliced

2 cups fresh cranberries

4 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal

1/3 cup brown sugar packed

6 tablespoons all purpose flour

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

4 tablespoons butter

1 carton vanilla yoghurt

1 carton lemon yoghurt


In a large mixing bowl combine apples, cranberries & granulated sugar, Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish.

In a bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour & cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apple mixture.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Serve warm.

Combine lemon & vanilla yoghurts.
Serve crisp with a dollop of yoghurt on top.
