2 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup sugar optional
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pkg (10 oz) English toffee bits
3 tart apples sliced
Beat cream cheese, sugars & vanilla. Fold in toffee bits. Serve with apples to dip or spread on apple slices.
