1/3 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar firmly packed
1/2 cup honey
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 cup chopped nuts
6 ounces dried apricots, chopped (1 cup)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup confectioners's sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease & flour a 15"x10" jelly roll pan.
Beat together butter, brown sugar & honey, Beat in eggs, mixing well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread into prepared pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Prepare glaze and spread over top. Cool & cut into 48 bars.
May substitute any dried fruit or combination.
