1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon caraway seed toasted
1 pound feta, cut horizontally into slabs
1/3 cup thinly sliced red onions
1/3 cup pitted Kalamata olives, quartered
fresh dill sprigs for garnish
french bread or pita for serving
Spray shallow casserole or tart pan with nonstick spray and place feta slabs on it. Bake 5 min. or until heated through. Then preheat broiler and broil until crusty and golden brown, about 5 min. (If moisture rises to top of feta, blot it off with a paper towel.)
Blend vinegar, oil and caraway in blender and season with pepper. Pour over cheese and then sprinkle on the olives and onions.
Serve with thin french bread slices or pita wedges.
