1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons dried basil or 2 Tbsp
Combine vinegar, honey & basil. Set aside.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil and saute chicken until browned on both sides, about 10 minutes. Pour vinegar combination over chicken, cover and steam for a minute or 2. Serve.
