Barefoot Contessa's Cranberry Chutney

12 oz bag fresh cranberries

1 ¾ cups sugar

1 Granny apple peeled, cored & chopped

1 orange zested & juiced

1 lemon zested & juiced

3/4 cup raisins

¾ cup walnuts or pecans chopped


Cook cranberries, sugar & 1 cup water over low heat for about 5 minutes or until the skins pop open. Add apple, zests & juices and cook for 15 more minutes. Remove from heat and add raisins & nuts.
Cool and serve chilled.
