16 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces butter, softened
1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix
1/3 cup almonds, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Mix all in food processor. Pack cheese mixture into plastic-lined mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve with bagel chips, black bread, cucumber slices or assorted crackers.
