Beefy Vegetable Spears


1 8-ounce pkg cream cheese softened

2 Tbsp prepared horseradish

5 oz jar sliced dried beef

assorted fresh veggies cut into 4" spears (red & greenpepper, asparagus, carrots, zucchini)


Combine cream cheese and horseradish. Spread a coating of the mixture on beef slices. Place 1 vegetable stick on the edge of the beef and roll tightly. Chill.
