Black Beans with Raspberries


1 can black beans, rinsed & well drained

1/2 medium sweet onion finely diced

8 ounces cream cheese (NOT low fat) softened

1/2 bottle Raspberry-Jalapeno Ambrosia or other raspberry-jalapeno sauce


Drain beans well. In pie plate or quiche pan layer beans, then onion. Soften cream cheese in microwave, dollop on top and gently spread evenly over all. Spread about 1/2 bottle Raspberry-Jalapeno or Blackberry-Jalapeno Ambrosia over cream cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
