Black-eyed Pea Supper Soup


4 cans black eyed peas undrained

1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage cooked & crumbled

1 cup bell pepper chopped

1/2 cup onion chopped

2 (16-oz) cans diced tomatoes

dash garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon powdered rosemary optional

cheddar cheese grated


Cook all (except cheese) together 30 minutes on stove or all day in crockpot on low.

Serve with grated cheese on top and cornbread on the side.
