1 can refrigerated pizza dough
extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chiffonade
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
3 ounces crumbled blue cheese
1 cup pizza cheese mixed or mozzarella
2 tablespoons fresh Parmesan cheese grated
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with Pam or brush lightly with olive oil. Spread pizza dough evenly to edges of the pan. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and bake for about 8 or 9 minutes. Remove from oven and cool a bit. Brush crust lightly with olive oil & sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder. Separate onion into rings and arrange over crust. Scatter chopped tomato, basil, and cheeses evenly in layers.
Raise oven temperature to 425 degrees, and bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cut into 2" squares to serve hot or room temperature.
