12 lbs. boneless turkey roast thawed
Canadian poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rub turkey lightly with oil. Sprinkle with seasonings of choice and rub in all over turkey. Spray a rack and shallow roasting pan with Pam and place the turkey on the rack. Cook until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees, about 3 hours or longer.
Let stand 10-15 minutes before slicing, or cool and refrigerate overnight for easier slicing. Reserve juices and refrigerate to remove fat when cold. Reheat with juices to serve.
