Brisket with Rub


1/4 cup paprika

1/4 cup chili powder

3 tbsps celery salt or seed

1 tablespoon cumin

1 tablespoon coriander

1/4 cup lemon pepper

1/2 tablespoon salt


Combine all and rub or pat into brisket. Place in plastic bag in refrigerator overnight. Cook in smoker, or in oven tightly wrapped in foil for 5-6 hours at 300 degrees. Cool and chill before slicing. Serve with a favorite barbeque sauce.
