Broccoli with Cashews

Ingredients

20 ozs frozen broccoli spears (or lg bunch fresh)

2 tbsps onion minced

2 tbsps butter

8 ozs sour cream

2 tsps sugar

1 teaspoon vinegar

1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning

1 cup cashews roasted & chopped

Directions

Cook broccoli just till done. Keep hot. Saute onion in butter, then stir in remaining ingredients except cashews. Pour over hot broccoli, sprinkle with cashews and serve.
