1 pkg peanutbutter ritz bitz
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pkg (10 oz) M&M's
1 pkg (18 1/2 oz) candy corn - optional (I use this when making at Halloween)
Combine pretzels, crackers, and peanuts in large bowl. In larges aucepan, combine sugar, butter, & corn syrup. Bring to a boil over med. heat; boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda. (will foam)
Pour over dry mixture and stir to coat.
Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Break apart while warm. Toss with M&M's & corn candy.
Cool completely and store in a tight container.
