Caribbean Grilled Chicken


3/4 cup vegetable oil

6 large limes juiced

6 cloves garlic minced

2 teaspoons ground black pepper

2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves crumbled

2 tablespoons dried cilantro leaves crumbled

Jerk Seasoning to taste

3 lbs. boneless chicken breast


Combine oil, juice and seasonings. Place chicken in a large zip lok bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Grill the breasts for about 12 minutes on each side.
