Cherry Hoisin Pork Tenderloin


1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup cherry juice concentrate (or pomegranite)

4 T rice vinegar

2 T sesame oil

2 T minced garlic

1 T hoisin sauce

1 T brown sugar

1/2 tsp ground ginger

2 lbs. pork tenderloins or boneless loins silver removed


Combine marinade ingredients. Reserve some mariniade for bastingthe meat when grilling. Marinate pork for at least 12 hours, or overnight.

High direct heat: Char all sides of the meat. Move meat to indirect heat & cook until done, 140 degrees.
