Chicken with Chile Cream Sauce


4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves or turkey tenderloin

Creole seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup water

4 ozs chopped green chiles

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 cup sour cream optional


Season chicken with Creole seasoning. Heat oil and cook chicken or turkey until browned. Add soup, water, chiles and lime juice. Stir in to combine with chicken & juices and cook over low heat until done. Stir in sour cream, if desired, and serve over rice.
