3 ounces 8 pkg cream cheese softened
3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 rolls refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
Beat cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla till well-mixed. Set aside. Slice cold dough into 1/3" slices. Arrange the slices from one roll of dough on bottom of greased 9x13" pyrex baking dish. Press cookies together so there are no holes in the dough.
Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Top with remaining cookies, placed so they touch.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or till golden and center is slightly firm. Cool, then refrigerate.
