Cloisonne Salad


8 cups assorted salad greens

4 ozs feta cheese crumbled

1/2 cup toasted walnuts or pecans coarsely chopped

1/2 cup dried cranberries cherries or raspberries


1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup raspberry vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon plain no-fat yogurt


Combine salad greens, cheese, walnuts and berries in a salad bowl. Whisk dressing ingredients together until well-blended. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
