Cowboy Corn Dip


1 (11-oz) cans Mexicorn drained

1 (10-oz) can Rotel Tomatoes drained

8 oz sour cream

8 oz mayonnaise

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

1 bunch green onions with tops

pinch sugar


Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 4 hours before serving. Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips or crackers.
