Cowboy Pork Chops Dinner

Crockpot, Pork, Potatoes


generous amount red or gold potatoes washed & cut up

6 boneless pork chops

1 16-oz can Wolf Brand or other Chili

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup water


Mix chili & soup & set aside.
Layer cut-up potatoes on the bottom of slow cooker.
Spoon half the chili mixture over the potatoes.
Arrange pork chops over the chili mixture, & pour on the rest of the chili mixture.
Pour 1 cup water around the chops.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
