Cranberry Butter

1 lb butter softened

2 cups fresh cranberries chopped

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup powdered sugar or brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

zest of 1 orange


Chop cranberries by pulsing in food processor. Set aside in another container.
Whip butter in food processor until light and fluffy.
Mix in sugar, honey, cinnamon & orange zest. Blend well.
Add chopped cranberries & pulse until combined.
Store in refrigerator.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
