Cream Sherry Bundt Cake


1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix

3/4 cup butter flavored oil (Wesson)

3/4 cup cream sherry

4 eggs

1 tablespoon butter flavoring

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons cinnamon

1 cup nuts chopped


1 cup sifted powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons milk


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter bundt or tube pan well.
Mix together mixes, oil, sherry, eggs and flavoring. Beat 8 minutes at med-hi speed. Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Sprinkle some sugar mixture in and around pan. Pour in 1/3 of the batter, 1/2 sugar mixture, 1/3 batter, rest of the sugar and rest of the batter. Bake 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing.
Mix glaze and drizzle over warm cake.
