Crepes with Ham


12 -16 crepes

3/4 lb flavorful ham thinly sliced

2 cups whipping cream

1 cup Gruyere cheese grated


Fill crepes with ham. use envelope fold. Arrange in buttered dish, seam side down. Pour cream over crepes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.


Notes: Serve with fresh fruit or a fruit salad, steamed broccoli spears and crusty rolls.
