2 cups Krusteaz Belgian Light & Crisipy waffle mix
4 tablespoons oil
1 cup water
Preheat waffle iron for 4 minutes. Set control dial at 3-4.
Combine water, egg & oil in a small bowl. add waffle mix & stir with a wire whisk until smooth. (If batter is too thick, add a bit more milk; if too thin, add a bit more waffle mix.)
When light is out, pour ¼ cup batter onto each square. Close lid & bake for 3 minutes, or until there is no more steam.
Remove waffles & place on a wire rack, then serve.
Batter can be refrigerated overnight. If it thickens, add milk to desired consistency.
