Dana's Enchiladas


8 ozs Jalapeno jack cheese

2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 can mild enchilada sauce

tortillas corn or flour

1/2 lg onion chopped

1 lb lean ground beef or pork


Brown beef with onion. Drain & set aside. Mix sauce and soups together. Fill tortillas with meat and cheddar, roll and arrange in greased 9"x13" baking dish. Pour sauce over enchiladas. Arrange sliced jalapeno cheese on top of sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
