4 lbs pork loin roast boneless
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1 cup apple cider
Sprinkle garlic powder over pork roast. Combine broth, mustard and cider and pour over pork. Roast in 350 oven for 3 hours.
Remove about 2 cups liquid from pan. Combine with flour in saucepan, and heat, stirring, until grvy is done.
Slice, top with gravy, and serve.
