4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 drops Tobasco
1 tablespoon grated onion
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Combine all ingredients except oil in a blender. Blend, & add olive oil 1 tablespoon at a time. Chill.
