24 whole graham crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Line cookie sheet with whole graham crackers. Set aside.
Mix together butter, brown sugar and pecans. Bring to boil, and boil for 2 1/2 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour over graham crackers and bake for 10 minutes -- NO LONGER!
Cool for 5 minutes; then break each graham cracker in 2 or 3 pieces.
