Entree Crepes


4 eggs

1 cup flour

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup chicken or beef broth

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tbsps melted butter


Measure all ingredients except flour into blender or food processor. Blend, gradually adding flour, until smooth. If small lumps are present, pour batter through sieve. Pour batter into 9" metal pie pan. Cover and allow the batter to stand at room temperature approximately one hour. Cook crepes on back of crepe maker pan for 1-1 1/2 minutes as per instructions.
