Frog Eye Salad - Quick


1 1/3 cups acini di pepe pasta uncooked

20 ounces pineapple tidbits drained reserve 1 cup juice

1 3/4 cups milk

1/4 cup sugar

1 box (3.4oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

8 ounces crushed pineapple drained

22 ounces mandarin orange sections drained

2 cups Cool Whip

2 cups miniature marshmallows

1/2 can flaked coconut


Cook pasta for 11 minutes. Rinse in cold water; drain well.
In a large bowl beat pineapple juice, milk, sugar and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
Gently stir in pasta and other ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before serving
