1 roll sugar cookie dough refrigerated
8 ozs cream cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar
fruit pieces fresh or canned
peach or apricot preserves
Slice cookie dough & arrange close to each other on foil-covered pizza pan. Bake at 350 till brown. Cool & peel off foil. Spread softened cream cheese mixed with sugar. Arrange fruit (drained on paper towels) on pizza, starting around edge. Heat preserves & drizzle over all.
