Potatoes, Side Dishes, Thanksgiving
4 lbs unpeeled red potatoes quartered
10 ounces butter room temperature
1/4 lb Romano cheese grated
4 tablespoons crushed or chopped garlic
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano or Tuscan Sunset seasoning
Boil potatoes in a large pot of boiling water for about 30 minutes, or until tender but still firm. Drain & return to empty pot. Add remaining ingredients & mash with potato masher until all is combined.
