24 ozs V-8 juice
10 oz can beef broth
2 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp parsley
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 cups minced veggies (onion cucumber, celery pepper)
dash Worcestershire sauce
dash Tobasco sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 12 hours.
