Goat Cheese Tart


1 unbaked (folded) pie shell

2 shallots peeled

10 ozs goat cheese

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup fresh dill

1 cup heavy cream

3 eggs

white pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Transfer pie shell to quiche or tart pan.

Puree remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell, leaving 1/2" unfilled. Bake 45 minutes, or until golden and puffy.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
