1 box white cake mix
3 tbsps Creme de menthe
1 jar or can Fudge topping (not chocolate syrup)
8 ozs Cool Whip®
3 tbsps creme de menthe
Prepare cake mix according to box directions, substituting the Creme de Menthe for part of the water. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan as directed on box. Cool completely.
Spread 1 can or jar of Hershey's Fudge Topping (not chocolate syrup) over cooled cake.
Mix 3 Tbsp. Creme de Menthe with 8 oz. Cool Whip and spread over chocolate topping. Refrigerate.
Keeps beautifully and tastes better after 2-3 days.
