Greek Inspired Stromboli



1 tube Pillsbury Artian Whole Grain Pizza Crust

2 cups cooked chicken or turkey diced or finely shredded

2 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzerella

1/4 cup chopped pitted kalmata olives

1/4 cup roasted red pepper, sliced or diced

juice of 1 large lemon

1/2 teaspoon oregano or Greek seasoning

salt and pepper to taste

olive oil


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a non-stick cookie sheet. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet & pat out to fill the pan.

In a medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except olive oil. Spoon mixture down the center half of the dough. Fold ends of dough in, and left & right sides of dough to meet; seal. Turn over & brush with olive oil.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown. Cool on rack.
