4 lbs pork loin cubed
1/2 cup juice from canned tomatoes
3 cloves garlic whole
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup canned tomatoes use juice above
1 teaspoon coriander ground
4 ozs green chiles chopped
Combine first 4 ingredients in crock pot & cook all day or all night. Stir occasionally. Add remaining ingredients, mix well & cook several more hours. Shred with 2 forks if not already shredded from cooking & stirring.
May also be cooked slowly atop stove.
