Grilled Beef with Chimichurrie Sauce


1 lb. sirloin tenderlion or flank steak trimmed

1 bunch Italian parsley chopped fine

3 cloves garlic minced

1/2 cup oilve oil

1 small red bell pepper minced

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup water

salt and pepper to taste


Grill beef on a hot grill until done to your liking. Combine all other ingredients for the sauce. Slice or chop beef and mix into the sauce. Warm together. Wrap in tortillas with guacamole.
