Ham Loaf

Easter, Ham, Potluck

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

1 lb cured ham ground

2 eggs

1 sleeve saltine crackers crushed

1 small can tomato juice

TOPPING:

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/8 cup dark vinegar

Directions

Combine beef, ham, eggs, crackers & tomato juice until mixed well.
Shape into loaf in baking dish.

Combine water, brown sugar & vinegar. Pour over ham loaf.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Cool a bit & slice.
