12 whole graham crackers
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
chocolate chips light or dark
Cover jellyroll pan with whole graham crackers.
Combine butter and brown sugar. Heat till sugar is melted, boil for 2 minutes, and pour over graham crackers.
Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let melt and spread evenly over all. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Cut into small pieces after 15 minutes.
Cookie texture improves after sitting overnight.
