Herb Butter for Steak


1 stick butter softened

1 clove garlic minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon stone ground mustard

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon each fresh basil thyme, rosemary, parsley chopped

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Mix all together well. Make roll on parchment paper. Roll, seal and chill. Slice in rounds to serve.
Freezes well.


Notes: Serve atop broiled steak or beef tenderloin slices
