Herb Curry Dip for Artichokes


1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon mixed herbs crushed

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon curry powder (may use less)

1 tablespoon parsley minced

1 tablespoon instant minced onion

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons capers drained


Soften onion in lemon juice. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill.
