1 (9-oz) pkg frozen artichoke hearts thawed & halved
1 lb fresh white mushrooms halved
1/4 cup sliced green onion
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme crushed
dash ground nutmeg
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
Combine artichokes & mushrooms with 2 tablespoons water in 2-qt microwave-safe casserole. Cook on high for 8-9 minutes, or till artichokes are tender. Drain.
Combine butter, flour, bouillon granules& heat to melt butter. Add all remaining ingredients to butter mixture & mix well. Add to artichokes & mushrooms & toss to mix. Cook in greased dish at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
